I have attended Firepower for over a year and describing it as anything but ordinary is a massive understatement. It is Paul’s attention to detail in technique and form during exercises that makes the difference between Firepower and traditional gyms.
Using ageless mobility and programs like flowfit, I have seen increases in my flexibility, and performance. The different technique levels allow us to progress whilst constantly challenging our ability without injury.
Tacfit has had a huge impact on my strength and conditioning for rugby, focusing on recovery enabling me to maintain my performance for longer.
